Alfred Setorwu Buatsi
Alfred is the Head of Litigation and General Practice at the firm and has specifically engaged in Debt recoveries for companies such as Bank of Africa, Sahel-Sahara Bank, Guaranty Trust Bank and HFC Bank.
He has expertise in Commercial Transactions in the areas of Property and Land Law, Oil and Gas, Arbitration and International Trade and Finance and Natural Resources.
He has also advised and supervised the setting up of joint ventures for Maersk Rigworld, Petrofac, and Damco-Rigworld.
