We advise and represent our clients on all aspects of the Ghanaian employment law. We are experienced in handling issues related to employment contracts, termination of employment including wrongful and unfair dismissal, breaches of confidentiality, non- competition, non-solicitation, among others.
We also have expertise in advising on employment contracts, severance agreements, transfer of employment, redundancy, retrenchment exercises, trade union and industrial relations.
