• Represented the foremost and largest local service provider in the oil industry in Ghana in a JV with two multinational oil corporations. Advised the JV on all aspects of a contract to drill and maintain oil wells worth over USD 800m.
• Represented the foremost and largest local service provider in the oil industry in Ghana in a JV and all aspects of a contract for provision of well services to various oil blocks in Ghana worth more than USD $300m.
