Our dispute resolution practice focuses on enabling our clients to resolve their legal disputes in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. We pride ourselves in having all lawyers on our Litigation team working as an amalgamated multidisciplinary facet to provide the expertise necessary for the success of our clients.  We have many years of experience advising and representing major financial and other institutions in wide-ranging complex corporate, commercial and other cases.

In recent times we have made major headway in our litigation practice. We have, among others:

• Represented a Ghanaian public institution as key counsel on all aspects of a USD 64million project finance dispute with an American public corporation. Dispute involved Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation in Ghana, London and New York.
• Represented the majority shareholder of the largest private transport company in Ghana in a complex shareholder dispute.
• Represented an international financial institution in a precedent setting case in the Supreme Court of Ghana involving the restitution of millions of USD fraudulently transferred into Ghana from the accounts of the financial institution in a country outside of Ghana.
