Nana is attached to our Litigation team as well as our subsidiary, LB Nominees Ltd; which provides company secretarial and other legal services to a vast number of our corporate clients.

She is committed, goal-oriented and very professional.

Since joining our firm, she has shown keen interest in corporate and commercial practice, Intellectual Property, Employment and Labour, Landlord and Tenant as well as Dispute Resolution.

She has played and continues to play a significant role in assisting in providing advice on a wide spectrum of legal issues and has drafted various legal opinions on corporate and commercial issues and other areas of practice, for both national and international clients of the firm.

She has considerable experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, registration of trademarks and other Intellectual property rights, Dispute Resolution, among others.
