Our People

The firm is currently headed and managed by Kwabena Adu-Kusi. Kwabena has considerable experience across the whole range of corporate and commercial transactions. Kwabena also has wide ranging experience in corporate disputes.

Gloria is the Head of our Corporate Unit. Gloria had worked briefly with the capital investment management unit of the Ministry of Health before joining our law firm.

Alfred is the Head of Litigation and General Practice at the firm and has specifically engaged in Debt recoveries for companies such as Bank of Africa, Sahel-Sahara Bank, Guaranty Trust Bank and HFC Bank.

Maxwell is interested in litigation and has conducted litigation for some of our high-end e clients. He has also been engaged in some commercial transactions.

Nana Achiaa is a young, goal- oriented, and vibrant lawyer with a great attention for details, good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

Emily is attached to our Litigation team where she is been involved in Dispute Resolution.

Eunice is attached to our corporate team as well as our subsidiary, LB Nominees Ltd; which provides company secretarial and other legal services to a vast number of our corporate clients.

Nana is attached to our Litigation team as well as our subsidiary, LB Nominees Ltd;

Letitia is attached to our litigation team. Prior to her call to the Bar, Letitia has worked with a number of banks in Ghana, including Ecobank Ghana Ltd. and Societe General Ghana (SG Bank).

Emmanuella is a dedicated and open-minded young lawyer attached to our litigation team. She handles a diverse array of cases, including corporate and commercial matters, labor and employment issues, as well as matrimonial matters.

Benedicta Asamoah-Antwi is a young lawyer with good communication, research and people skills. She is attached to our Litigation Team as well as our subsidiary, LB Nominees Ltd.

Napoleon-Bonaparte is presently an associate attached to our litigation team in our firm. He has a unique educational background as he holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and a Master of Philosophy in Seed Science and Technology, both from the University of Cape Coast.

Solomon Aubin is an adept and passionate litigation lawyer, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a dedicated approach to his work in corporate, commercial, and family law.

Annabelle holds a Masters in International Trade from Anhalt University of Applied Sciences, Bernburg, Germany.
She is also a graduate of the University of Ghana , with B.A. (Hons.) in Psychology with Sociology.

Esther Baaba Dadzie holds a BBA in Human Resource Management from Methodist University College, Ghana.

Jennifer serves as our Office Assistant. She is in charge of filings and dispatches and in that capacity, she facilitates all court processes and procedures.

Keziah Ewusi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations. She has gained experience in customer service over the past 3 years and therefore has great interpersonal and communication skills.

Priscilla has been working with us since August 2019 as our office assistant, who is in charge of organizing and filing records and documents, retrieving data and files, and making them accessible for other departments and personnel.
